Responsibilities:

• Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work needed

• Provide accurate cost estimates for roofing projects, including materials and labor

  
  

• Oversee roofing projects to ensure work is completed on time and within budget

• Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations

  
  

• Manage your team of roofers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in roofing and estimating

• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
