Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs on residential and commercial buildings

• Prepare roofing materials and tools for use by the roofing team

• Safely operate power tools and equipment as directed by the roofing team

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

• Be proactive and anticipate the needs of roofer team members.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or roofing is preferred

  
  

• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to wear safety equipment (weighing up to 15 lbs) and perform work at heights.

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to climb ladders and/or stairs.

• Must be able to walk, stand, and maintain balance on sloped surfaces such as roofs.

• Frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing is required.

• Frequent use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling the use of tools and equipment is required.
